We source the highest quality 12-24 K gold plated and gold filled jewelry available to make quality, high performance products for our customers. 

We strive to use genuine, minimally processed precious and semi-precious gemstones in the creation of Fignoir products. 

We use untreated, natural materials as much as possible in our product designs. For this reason, there will be slight variations among products in the same collection. 

To get the most wear out of your jewerly, keep it away from water, moisture, lotion, perfume, cleaning agents, and direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. 

Remove plated jewelry prior to washing your hands, exercising, and swimming.

80% of the assembly and finishing of Fignoir products is done in the USA. The other 20% is done by artisans and family-owned businesses around the world. 

Shipping

Orders received by 5 PM CST are processed within 1-3 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time begins after orders have been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on your country’s taxes, duties, and tariffs.  Also, customs clearance procedures may delay the transit of your package beyond the orginal shipping time estimate.  

We do understand that situations may arise where it is necessary to change or cancel an order. As we do everything by hand, we can only accept cancellations and changes within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this time, your item will be too far in the production process for us to be able to accept changes. 

Returns

Due to the state of global public health, we are taking extra precautions when processing incoming parcels and returns. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Your happiness is our priority. Please send us an email with a picture of the reason for your return. If the problem is due to our fault, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the orginial shipping date. Orders received after 14 days will be issued store credit. No refunds or store credit will be given after 30 days. 

Please use the contact form on Fignoir.com to submit a return request. Include at least one clear picture of your issue. Once you receive a RETURN NUMBER from us, please promptly ship your item with this number on the package. No returns will be acceped without a RETURN NUMBER. 

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. You may use any carrier for your return. 

Once your return is received, it takes 5-7 business days for us to processes it and initiate your refund.
